We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Shipping options
- Economy: The most affordable option, starting at $3.99 for domestic orders
- Standard: Slightly more expensive than Economy, with delivery in 2–5 business days
- Priority: Custom rates with delivery in 2–3 business days domestically and 3–5 business days internationally
- Express: The fastest option, starting at $7.99 plus $2.40 for each additional item
Shipping times
- Most orders are shipped within 2–7 business days after submission
- Shipping times vary by order and may be delayed by shipping carriers
- You can find an estimated ship-by date for each order in the Orders tab
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping. Please be patient with us as the international shipping fees and structures are constantly changing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Momentum Strong is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Once we approve a refund we will refund the full order amount of the item. This does not include the shipping amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@momentumtrainingpro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
